Effect of compound D, compound D acetate, DMPBD, and PE on p65 NF-κB translocation in LPS-inflamed RAW264.7 macrophages. Immunofluorescence staining for NF-κB p65 was observed under fluorescence microscopy after treatment with all tested compounds in the presence and absence of LPS.
